Eligibility for Returns:
- Unused and Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration will void the return.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personal nature, custom-made or personalized rosaries are non-returnable.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at 978-857-1669 or John.Sousa@HeartsRosary.com to request a Return.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, 1 as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 2 Please ship the package to the address that will be provided to you when you contact us.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return or exchange.
- Refunds: For approved returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 978-857-1669 or John.Sousa@HeartsRosary.com. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
